Sometimes we get stuck thinking that something is all bad, or all good. That can lead to feeling disappointed and discouraged. Try this exercise to break out of negative thinking.
Without realizing it, we may be saying to ourselves, "I can't . .. " or "I'm not good at . . . " Stop these negative thoughts! They will keep you stuck. Start adding "...yet" to the end of the sentence. "I'm not good at this. . . yet."
