EachDay values your privacy and, to that end, has created this Privacy Policy to help you understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information and to assist you in exercising the privacy rights available to you in connection with our Services. It applies to any individual who may access our Services, including such individual’s representatives, heirs, assigns, or successors. INFORMATION EACHDAY COLLECTS
Personal Information. “Personal Information” means any information that may be used, either alone or in combination with other information, to personally identify an individual, including, but limited to, a first and last name, a phone number, a date of birth, an IP address, an email address, or other contact information.
Protected Health Information. “Protected Health Information” is a subset of Personal Information that is information about you, including demographic information, which identifies you and relates to your past, present, or future physical health or mental or to past, present, or future payment of health care services to you.
PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO EACHDAY
Registration and Account Information. If you register for an account with us, you may be requested to provide, and we will collect, your first and last name, email address, phone number, and other relevant contact information. We may also request Protected Health Information about any diagnoses you may have received related to attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (“ADHD”) and whether you are prescribed medication, which you may voluntarily provide to us.
Transactional Information. When you purchase a subscription on our Services, we collect information about the transaction, such as product description, price, subscription or free trial expiration date, and the time and date of the transaction.
Communications. When you contact EachDay in writing electronically or otherwise, we may collect any and all Personal Information contained in the message, including the sender’s name, email address(es), and any other identifying information contained within the message.
Customer Service and Support. If you call or otherwise interact with us seeking support for your use of our Services, we may collect the information you provide to us, and we may record telephone calls between you and our representatives for training and quality assurance purposes.
Other communications with us. We may collaborate with third parties in connection with providing our Services and these third parties may provide us information about you. For example, we may receive information about you from third parties (such as Apple’s HealthKit or Fitbit) if you have directed your information to be shared with us.
INFORMATION AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED BY EACHDAY
Data Generated from Using Our Services. We may collect information that is generated during your interaction with our Services, such as data, keywords, search criteria, your schedule, frequency of use of our Services, data related to your routine as discernable from your interaction with our Services, and other information.
Location and Sensor Information. We may receive location information from you and other individuals who may access and use our Services. We may use this information for analytics purposes and to identify your time zone for usage purposes.
Device Information. We may collect information related to the device(s) used by you to access or interact with our Services, including your IP address, browser details, user settings, media access control (“MAC”) address, mobile operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, unique device identifiers, device type, cookie identifiers, mobile advertising, Internet service provider, pages that you visit before, during and after using our Services, information about the links clicked, information about all of your interactions with our Services, the frequency and duration of your activities, and other information about your use of our Services.

EachDay is based in the United States. Your personal data will be processed by us in the United States, where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world. If you are located outside the United States, you hereby understand and acknowledge that your country of residence may have enacted data privacy laws that are different from the laws of the United States. EachDay’s legal basis for the transfer of your data, where required, is your consent. All information processed by us may be transferred, processed, and stored anywhere in the world, including but not limited to, the United States or other countries. If you use our Services as a visitor from outside the United States, by using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and you consent to the transfer of all such information to the United States, and to the processing of that information as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise permitted by law.
DATA RETENTION
We store the Personal Information we receive as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as you use our Services.
